While reading the articles, I realized that I wasn't really aware of what the symptoms for Crohn's disease were, so I'm posting this link to the mayo clinic website that describes them briefly in case anyone else was unsure.

The Mayo Clinic site had a great summary of risk factors of Crohn's disease. It's unfortunate that this malady is found in younger adults, rather than at a later age. At 21 years-old, I do not feel like I had much control of my environment and how I grew up (eating wise). The site states, "a diet high in fat or refined foods" could be possible environmental factors, and if that is really true, it can really make you wonder about what you have been exposed to.
